How much notice we need to cancel or move an appointment with MoveFree Therapy, what happens if you cancel late, and how to cancel a pre-paid package.

You can cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts. Inside that window it counts as a late cancellation.
Cancel from the client portal, from the link in your confirmation email, or by replying to us directly — whichever is quickest for you.
Rescheduling is usually better than cancelling, and there is no charge for it inside the notice period. Open the appointment in the portal — or your guest link — and request a new time.
A reschedule reaches us as a request rather than an instant change, so your original slot is held until the new time is confirmed. You will get a confirmation once it is approved.
Cancelling with less than 12 hours notice, or not arriving for a booked session, is flagged for review. It is not charged automatically.
Life happens — illness, traffic, work. Tell us what happened and the fee is very often waived. What we are trying to avoid is a slot sitting empty that somebody else could have used.
A session package is a separate purchase from any individual appointment — cancelling an appointment never cancels your package, and the session goes back onto it. To cancel the package purchase itself, see the refund policy.
Illness and emergencies happen on our side too. If we cancel or move your appointment you are never charged for it, and we will offer you the earliest alternative time we have.
If none of the alternatives work for you and the session was paid for in advance, you can have it refunded in full under the refund policy.
