Shipping and delivery policy

We are a physiotherapy practice. We sell treatment sessions and pre-paid session packages — there are no physical products in our catalogue, no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge.

If a site ever asks you for a delivery address in our name, it is not us.

Treatment is delivered in person, by your physiotherapist, at the practice location you chose when you booked.

At the date and time confirmed in your booking confirmation. A booking is a request until we approve it, and you are told either way — so the confirmation email, not the request, is the one that fixes the time.

We send a reminder before your appointment on the channels you have chosen. You can change those in the portal at any time.

When you buy a session package through our online checkout, delivery is immediate and electronic — there is nothing to wait for in the post:

• The sessions are credited to your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a minute or two.
• A confirmation email and an invoice PDF are sent to the address on your account.
• The package, its remaining sessions and its expiry date appear in the client portal, where you can book against it straight away.

Exercise programmes, invoices, receipts and clinical correspondence are delivered the same way: in the portal and by email. Nothing is posted.

If your card was charged and the package has not shown up in the portal after a few minutes, check the email address on your account first, then contact us — do not pay again. We can see the payment on our side and release it manually.

Have your payment confirmation to hand — the PayFast reference is enough for us to find it.
